⁠HEARTH Matter Multi-sensor

Real Matter multi-sensor (connectedhomeip all-clusters) over Ethernet/IPv6.

Real-device analogue: A multi-function Matter environmental sensor (air-quality / smoke / temp-humidity).

Protocol / ports: Matter 1.x over IPv6 (UDP 5540); mDNS (UDP 5353).

⁠What it does / how it works

The real connectedhomeip all-clusters-app, which exposes most Matter clusters. HEARTH uses it where one node must present several measurement clusters (air quality, smoke-CO alarm, etc.).

• Many Matter clusters in one node
• Measurement + alarm clusters
• Commissionable over IPv6

⁠How to use

Commission as for the light; read any supported cluster with chip-tool, e.g. chip-tool smokecoalarm read expressed-state <nodeid> 1.

⁠Use in GNS3

• Import the matching .gns3a (File > Import appliance), or docker pull neilphan98/hearth-chip-all-clusters-app:latest.
• Drag onto your topology, wire to a switch/hub, start. Console: telnet.
• Adapters: 1. Category: guest.
