HEARTH Tower: engineering workstation, adaptive HTTP/HTTPS intranet client

• Tag: 1.0 (current unified release; older tags removed)
• Drag-and-drop: boots with a sensible default and self-discovers peers on its segment (c7200-style adaptivity at the communication layer), so it needs no manual setup in the reference scene.
• Behavior: emits real, protocol-correct traffic verified by packet capture.

Distributed with the HEARTH appliances (.gns3a) and the pre-wired GNS3 scene.
