TZ - time zone
MIKBILL_MYSQL_HOST - database host
MIKBILL_MYSQL_USERNAME - username to connect to the database
MIKBILL_MYSQL_PASSWORD - password for connecting to the database
MIKBILL_MYSQL_DATABASE - database name
MIKBILL_MYSQL_CHARSET - database encoding
MIKBILL_DEBUG - write debug information (true/false)
MIKBILL_ERROR_LOG - path to the error log file
MIKBILL_DEBUG_LOG - path to the debug log file
