Docker image with the opencgs simulation setup.

Run image (with default user uid=9001):
docker run -it --rm nemocrys/opencgs:v0.3.0 bash
Run image and map current directory to home/workdir on Linux (with proper user id):
docker run -it --rm -v $PWD:/home/workdir -e LOCAL_UID=$(id -u $USER) -e LOCAL_GID=$(id -g $USER) nemocrys/opencgs:v0.2.1 bash
and on Windows:
docker run -it --rm -v ${PWD}:/home/workdir nemocrys/opencgs:v0.2.1 bash
To just get the image from docker hub
docker pull nemocrys/opencgs:vX.X.X
