⁠AlphaFold on Galaxy

This is a modified version of the official AlphaFold image which has been successfully run as a Galaxy tool on a Pulsar server. The tool has been deployed successfully to bare metal and cloud servers (Azure CycleCloud).

Modifications include:

• Updating Cuda and Jax/Jaxlib dependencies
• Removing the ENTRYPOINT declaration
• Modified AlphaFold code to expose amber_relax and output_models (number of models produced) parameters
