singleuser jupyterhub pytorch jupyter notebook for with https://zero-to-jupyterhub.readthedocs.io/⁠

I was setting up jupyterhub to serve pytorch jupyter notebooks using instructions from https://zero-to-jupyterhub.readthedocs.io/⁠. By default this tutorial use jupyterhub I tried using the jupyterhub singleuser image here: https://hub.docker.com/r/stepankuzmin/pytorch-notebook/⁠, but it won't work. See issue: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51120540/jupyterhub-with-custom-singleuser-image-raises-no-such-file-or-directory-for⁠.
