⁠Getting Started

Get the image via index.docker.io

    $ docker pull networld/redis

    or build from source

    $ IMAGE_NAME=networld/redis
    $ docker build -rm -t ${IMAGE_NAME} .

Start a container with:

    $ docker run -name redis -p 127.0.0.1:6379:6379 -d $IMAGE_NAME

Use mongodb from other container:

    $ docker run -link=redis:redis -i -t ubuntu /bin/bash
    $ echo $REDIS_PORT_6379_TCP_PORT
    $ echo $REDIS_PORT_6379_TCP_ADDR
