A docker container for Linear Optimal Low-Rank Projection⁠ that uses an accelerated library for dimensionality reduction. Improves performance both in memory and on-disk for dimensionality reduction, particularly for datasets with extreme asymmetry (high numbers of features d, where the goal is to identify an embedding to r << d dimensions), using FlashX⁠.
