Docker image for goose, the database migration tool

This image is a simple wrapper around the goose executable.
An example of usage for a Clickhouse database would be:
docker run -it -v <migrations_dir>:/migrations -e "GOOSE_DRIVER=clickhouse" -e "GOOSE_DBSTRING=clickhouse://<username>:<password>@<hostname>:9000" nexalabssrl/goose:latest -dir /migrations up
