nexaleaf/redisatlas repository overview

🚀 RedisAtlas (https://nexaleaf.github.io/redisatlas-docs)

RedisAtlas is an all-in-one web UI for managing Redis connections.

It allows developers and DevOps teams to:

  • Browse Redis keys
  • Run Redis commands
  • Monitor Redis statistics
  • Manage multiple Redis clusters
  • Analyze Redis performance

Everything runs inside a single self-hosted Docker container.

✨ Features

🔎 Redis Key Browser

Browse Redis keys with filtering and type detection.

⚡ Command Console

Run Redis commands directly from the browser.

📊 Real-time Monitoring

Monitor:

  • memory usage
  • command stats
  • connected clients
  • Redis performance metrics

🌐 Multi-Cluster Support

Add and manage multiple Redis instances from one dashboard.

🔐 Secure Authentication

Login protection using JWT authentication.

🐳 Docker Deployment

Run RedisAtlas with a single Docker command.

📦 Docker Image

Docker Hub image:

nexaleaf/redisatlas

Pull the latest version:

docker pull nexaleaf/redisatlas:latest

🚀 Quick Start

Run RedisAtlas using Docker:

docker run -d \
  -p 8080:80 \
  -e JWT_SECRET=change-me \
  -e ADMIN_PASSWORD=change-me \
  -v redisatlas_data:/app/backend/data \
  --name redisatlas \
  nexaleaf/redisatlas:latest

Open your browser:

http://localhost:8080

Login using the ADMIN_PASSWORD.

🔒 HTTPS Mode

To enable HTTPS, mount TLS certificates.

docker run -d \
  -p 8080:80 -p 8443:443 \
  -e JWT_SECRET=change-me \
  -e ADMIN_PASSWORD=change-me \
  -v $(pwd)/certs:/etc/nginx/certs:ro \
  -v redisatlas_data:/app/backend/data \
  --name redisatlas \
  nexaleaf/redisatlas:latest

Certificates must be named:

localhost.pem
localhost-key.pem

Example folder:

certs/
 ├── localhost.pem
 └── localhost-key.pem

When certificates are detected, RedisAtlas automatically switches to HTTPS mode.

⚙️ Environment Variables

VariableRequiredDescription
JWT_SECRETYesSecret key used to sign authentication tokens
ADMIN_PASSWORDYesPassword used to login to RedisAtlas
COOKIE_SECURENoAutomatically enabled when HTTPS is active

Example secure values:

JWT_SECRET=very-secure-secret-key
ADMIN_PASSWORD=strong-password

🌐 Ports

PortDescription
80HTTP web interface
443HTTPS interface

Example access:

http://localhost:8080
https://localhost:8443

💾 Data Persistence

RedisAtlas stores connection data and settings in:

/app/backend/data

To prevent data loss after container restart, mount a volume:

-v redisatlas_data:/app/backend/data

Docker will automatically create the volume.

Users can run a specific version:

docker run nexaleaf/redisatlas:v1.0.0

🏗 Architecture

RedisAtlas container includes:

  • React frontend
  • NestJS backend
  • Redis monitoring engine
  • SQLite configuration storage
  • Nginx reverse proxy

Everything bundled into one Docker image.

🧩 Example Use Cases

RedisAtlas is useful for:

  • Debugging Redis keys
  • Managing Redis clusters
  • Monitoring Redis performance
  • Troubleshooting production Redis
  • DevOps Redis operations

⭐ RedisAtlas

A modern Redis management platform built for speed, simplicity, and observability.
