Analysis pipelie for multi WEX analysis

⁠Introduction

The pipeline is built using Nextflow⁠, a workflow tool to run tasks across multiple compute infrastructures in a very portable manner. It comes with docker / singularity containers making installation trivial and results highly reproducible.
