The passenger-ruby is built with following

1. Ruby version 2.7.1
2. Phusion Passenger 6.0.4
3. OpenSSL core: openssl-1.0.2o
4. OpenSSL FIPS Module: openssl-fips-2.0.16

This image can be used to run ruby/rails applications with the FIPS mode on. Please do not update the MySQL client or dev libraries as they are not compatible and will result in segmentation faults.
