niutj/samtools repository overview

In this repo, samtools:debian docker images is based on debian(tag: 9.1) image and samtools:centos images is based on centos (tag:latest, version:centos 7.3.1611) docker image. samtools version is samtools 1.5⁠. In niutj/samtools:v1.0, there is a bwa binary executable file.
