⁠Dovecot solr using tomcat 6

SUPER FAST MAILBOX SEARCHES

Does NOT support authentication so you want to bind the container to the localhost like so

docker run -d -p 127.0.0.1:8080:8080 nmahadkar/tc6-solr

then follow the wiki @ https://wiki.dovecot.org/Plugins/FTS/Solr

edit dovecot.conf and add

mail_plugins = $mail_plugins fts fts_solr
plugin {
  fts = solr
  fts_solr = url=http://172.17.0.1:8080/solr/
}

restart dovecot and run the curl urls in the wiki using cron I also recomend reindexing the mailbox doveadm fts rescan -u <username>
