⁠Commands

• Manually build image docker build -t ai_dev .
• Launch container on the bus network for development purposes docker run -it --rm --name ai_dev --network bus ai_dev
  • Potential Error: If the bus network has not yet been created docker network create bus
    • You can check whether the bus network has been created with docker network list
  • This will use the rabbitmq host name and the default rabbitmq port
• Add, commit, push: git add .; git commit -m "Fixed bugs"; git push

⁠Running in IDE (Such as PyCharm)

• Because the default configuration is for facilitating communication over the bus network, you must run main.py with an argument.
  • python src/main.py --dev
  • This will run using localhost and the port defined in the Deployment repo docker-compose file
  • To do this in pycharm, edit run configuration, and input --dev into the parameters section of the run config
