You can degrib a grid!

There's some weird type of thing with Tcl/Tk that prevents those versions from compiling, but who cares about that because you can still degrib a grid!

Note the odd lack of tcl.h still exists after installing tcl-devel, although I haven't chased it down any further than that because I don't use GUI's, this Docker image doesn't have a GUI, and skipping it is the suggested solution⁠. Note he also suggests modifying the Makefiles and telling them where to look as an alternative, but this thing is like a shrine to Autohell so I didn't want to do that. And, for this build, it wouldn't accomplish much.
