Ubuntu image with ruby 2.4 and AWS CLI.

To use a Rakefile from within a project, use the following Docker Compose service:

services:
  awscli:
    image: ntodd/awscli
    volumes:
      - .:/home/aws

docker-compose run awscli will get you bash prompt with access to Rake and AWS CLI.
