oceanbase/obagent repository overview

obagent⁠ provides the ability to query oceanbase's metric info, by deploying it as the sidecar container of observer, you can monitor oceanbae by deploying a prometheus server scrapes data from all the obagents.

this image is used with ob-operator⁠, just config the monitor part in obcluster's spec, and then ob-operator will deploy it properly.
