ojbc/r-base repository overview

A basic R setup that extends the default r-base image and adds the following:

  • libssl-dev, libcurl4-openssl-dev, libssh2-1-dev, libproj-dev, libgdal-dev native libraries
  • devtools, Rcpp, BH, dplyr, tidyr R packages

We install this stuff because it is commonly used by our OJBC R packages, and because it takes awhile to install the first time.
