openapx/rbatch repository overview

The repository contains a set of complete images with 160+ packages installed for multiple versions of R intended for Life Science GxP use and other regulated industries.

  • Basics (based on tidyverse)
  • Survival (survival, flexsurv, survminer, survMisc2, etc.)
  • Models (nlme, mmrm, etc.)
  • Reporting (rmarkdown, pandoc, officer, r2rtf, etc.)
  • Import/Export (xlsx, readxls, xportr, etc.)

The containers are based on the [openapx/rbin](https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/openapx/rbin) container images. The rbatch container image inherits the 2 versions of R that are provided by the rbin container used as the build source.

License

This container includes software from different sources that may have their own specific license. It is left to the user to ensure that the use of this container is in line with permitted use as set out in each individual license.
