⁠OpenEO R UDF service [v0.2]

This container provides the R UDF service for the OpenEO UDF implementation. The service is a stand-alone REST web service that accepts code and data encoded as JSON (defined here⁠). From the specification the service implements /udf for HyperCubes, RasterCollectionTiles and StructuredData. WIth GET /packages you will get an overview about supported libraries and their version. To get an overview of the API version and the implementation version use GET /.

⁠Running the container

You can produce a running container by using the following docker-compose.yml

            - PLUMBER_PORT=5555
        ports:

⁠Customizing the container

In order to offer the user additional packages in the UDF you can customize the installation of the image by building a new image using the provided scripts. TODO link to the modified repository
