⁠OpenMSIStream Docker image

This is the official Docker image for OpenMSIStream⁠. It is built on the python:3.9-slim-bullseye⁠ (Debian Linux) base image, and contains the minimum dependencies to run OpenMSIStream programs.

Running the image as-is will drop you in a bash shell as the "openmsi" user (who has sudo permissions) in /home/openmsi (the user's home directory). By default the timezone is set to "America/New York", but you can change this by setting a different value for the "TZ" environment variable in the container.
