Magnum uses this image is when creating a Swarm cluster. The container runs on Fedora Atomic 23 and is intended to work in conjunction with the Neutron L2 openvswitch agent.
Normally this image is maintained by the Kuryr team as kuryr/libnetwork:latest However, because of the ongoing code refactoring in Kuryr, the docker hub image is broken.
This image is built from an older working code repo for Kuryr before the code refactoring for the purpose of development and test in Magnum. When the kuryr/libnetwork image works again, this image can be deleted.
