add angular cli
configured git user + email
start with volume mapped
root password changed

to run:
docker run -p 9876:9876 -p 4200:4200 --user $UID:$GID --workdir="/home/$USER" -v="$PWD"/AngularProjects:/home/$USER/AngularProjects -it oraculonl/angular bash
//port 9876 is Karma server port
//port 4200 is Angular app port
//-v bind mount a volume
//-it interactive + TTY

to serve: ng serve --host 0.0.0.0 (so you can use localhost on host)
