⁠ENV vars

• PGBOUNCER_DB_LIST *required*
  The full string of all the databases pgbouncer should connect to. Example:
  mydb = host=172.16.28.1 port=5432
• PGBOUNCER_USERLIST *required*
  The full string of the userlist.txt file (for access control). Example:
  "myuser" "pasw0000rdLOL"
• PGBOUNCER_POOL_SIZE
  The default pool size. Default 128
• PGBOUNCER_MAX_CLIENTS
  The max clients to allow. Default 4096
