The following container is based off of the sapk/cloud9 docker image with the addition of nested docker sandbox environment and various python machine learning libraries for Python. Simply the have underlying data accessible in this environment you would just need to volume mount the appropriate folders into the container and map whatever ports you have available on the host to the containers internal port usage of 8181. Here is an example method of running this container:
