⁠Docker based FTB server

Dockerfile build for docker container that can download, update, install and run Feed The Beast modded minecraft servers

⁠Basic Usage

docker run -p othrayte/ftb-server <pack-name> [pack-version]

e.g. docker run -p othrayte/ftb-server "FTB Horizons III" 1.8.1

Omitting the version number will install the latest version of the pack if no server exists or else run the existing server.

Updating the modpack can be done by increasing (or setting) the version number. This will require a new docker container to be created and is thus only useful if you mounted the /server/world folder outside the container. See below.

⁠Recommended Usage

If you want to keep your server arround it is advised that you additionally mount the /server/world and /server/backup folders into a volume.

docker run -p --mount source=ftb-data-vol,target=/server othrayte/ftb-server <pack-name> [pack-version]
