Image based on openjdk:11 installing openliberty in /opt/wlp and adding some configurable features like:

Custom environment variable to make the image create cleaner. Option to enabled debug mode through port 7777. Include configuration files to the load to define server.xml fragments. Features customization. Expand application via auto-deploy or Application configuration file definition.
