⁠Summary

Source repository for PA's bioinformatics WDL workflows. Under our agreement, self-developed WDL workflows should be committed to this repository instead of randomly over Github. Docker files should also be here. However, if the scripts are maintained somewhere else (e.g. Broad Institute), it's exempted. Regardlessly, all workflows must be documented on Confluence.
