Ruby1.9.3 with what I need to run all my rails 3.x apps (like MySQL and stuff)

This is a Debian-based Ruby (ruby1.9.3.p551) with the addition of MySQL (2) clients to have rails work well in prod. Adding also vim, git and other dev tools.
TODO(ricc): add a slim version
