Simple SSH container

I got the inspiration and most of the implementation from stage1's blog.

The basic idea is to create an image that creates an ssh entry point to a docker container. As with most of my docker images, they are well suited for use with a NAS. This image ends up being a good base image for individual X11 apps to run over ssh.
