This repository is built with OEL 8 with PHP 8.1.0, Apache/2.4.37

Pull image with the command like -

docker pull pankajrishi/oel8withphpapache:8

To run in interactive shell temporary, --rm will remove the container once you stop it -

docker run --rm -it --entrypoint bash pankajrishi/oel8withphpapache:8

To start with bash -

docker run -it --entrypoint bash pankajrishi/oel8withphpapache:8

OR example below with local drive mapping and ports forwarding (you can change it as per your requirements) docker run --name kst-app-wp -v $PWD/kst-app-wp-dev:/data -v $PWD/data_misc:/kst-app_misc -p 8443:4443 -p 8980:8800 -d -it --entrypoint bash pankajrishi/oel8withphpapache:8

To start php fpm with container startup -

docker run --restart=always -itd --name kst-oel8php8 -p 8890:80 -p 8443:4443 pankajrishi/oel8withphpapache:8 /bin/bash -c "/usr/sbin/php-fpm -c /etc/php-fpm.conf"

OR follow below step if container is started with bash, once you start the Container, you need to do following steps to start php-fpm and apache.

1. login to your running container - docker exec -it 8fa bash
2. start php-fpm - /usr/sbin/php-fpm -c /etc/php-fpm.conf
3. start apache - httpd -f /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
