This dockerfile maps a volume into the container and specifies the input file from an environment variable. It then:

• Strips audio from the input video
• Normalizes and Compresses/Expands the audio and processes noise reduction for Voice
• Recombines video with newly edited audio
• Downsamples processed audio to podcast-level bitrate
