Kamailio 5.X with Kamcli 3.0 Includes TLS and Presence modules

The Ubuntu focal and jammy versions were installed from packages The Alpine version was built from scratch

The intention is to start with a login shell "sh -l" this will run the root users .profile which will act upon environment variables SYSLOG=X Adds this entry to ~/.kamctlrc - when set to 0 it logs to console instead of syslog DBHOST =a.b.c.d when configured this creates an entry in /etc/hosts which is used by kamctlrc and kamailio-local.cfg OVERRIDE=1 when set removes all entries from the default kamailio-local.cfg WITH_XXXXX=1 for all the WITH_ options supported by the default config file assigning them any value will cause the creation of a #!define in the kamailio-local.cfg DBURL=xxxxxxx Will create a #!define entry in kamailio-local.cfg of the form #!define DBURL xxxxxxx
