Two containers are provided, both of which are needed to run the VAST pipeline. One container is designed to be persistent as it holds the database into which the data are stored. The second container is designed to serve websites and interact with the database container, as well as run the VAST pipeline software. Neither container contains any VAST specific code, and thus they are provided here publicly.
