Pandoc setup with more or less sane environment.

This repo contains the Dockerfile for creating hub.docker.io/paulklemm/pandocker⁠.

⁠Building

The docker container cannot be built on the docker hub compute cluster, because it takes longer than two hours to alone install the LaTeX distribution.

Therefore, we have to use a makefile and build the tool from scratch.
