⁠TaskBridge

Self-hosted two-way sync between Microsoft To Do and Todoist. Add or check off a task in either app and it shows up in the other within a minute.

⁠Run

docker run -d --name taskbridge --restart unless-stopped \
  -p 3737:3737 -v taskbridge-data:/data \
  payamg/taskbridge:latest

Then open http://localhost:3737 and do the ~1-minute setup: paste a Todoist API token, sign in to Microsoft with a short device code (no Azure app registration needed), and pick a sync interval.

⁠What syncs

• Title, notes, due date, completion — both ways
• Priority (Todoist P1/P2 to To Do "important")
• Lists and projects, matched by name; the missing side is created once
• Deleting a task deletes its twin

Not synced: due times, sub-tasks, recurrence rules, labels, reminders, attachments.

⁠Notes

• Images for linux/amd64 and linux/arm64
• All state (task links, tokens, settings) lives in /data/state.db — back that up and you can move the app anywhere
• Only outbound traffic is to graph.microsoft.com and api.todoist.com
• MIT licensed
