⁠Genome Fraction Boxplot Chart

⁠Description

This image builds a boxplot chart for genome fraction values.

⁠How to run?

You can make a test run by running the following steps:

1.Unzip the following 'test.tar.gz' package:

tar xzvf test.tar.gz

2.Run the following command:

docker run -v $(pwd)/test/input:/input -v $(pwd)/test/output:/output  pbelmann/genome-fraction-boxplot /project/box_plot.r /input/commits_info.tsv runs_per_reference /input/additional_files.tsv

The output should contain the following files

• bioboxes.yaml: This is a file describing the produced output of the container.

• out.html: This file contains the output produced by the container. You can open it with your favorite browser.

NOTE! If you want to run the scripts outside of the docker container, just replace in "/input/additional_files.tsv" and "/input/commits_info.tsv" the values in the path column with the path on your host system.
