PPGtk is a software project for analyzing biallelic SNP data in polyploid taxa. It is current in development, so it is likely to change quite frequently in the next couple of months. The current Docker image is running a pre-release version of PPGtk (v0.1.1-alpha). The source code⁠ and Dockerfile⁠ are both on GitHub.
