⁠Quick start

Current Version :$VERSION

  • v1.1.2
  • v1.1.3-alpha.2

Before you need to stop and remove all containers

$docker stop $(docker ps -a -q)
$docker rm $(docker ps -a -q)

⁠Step 1. Start docker container
$docker run -t -i -p  8888:80 pdoviet/tapo:$VERSION login -f sgeadmin /bin/bash
⁠Step 2. Start tapo webservice ( inside docker container) ( you don't need to use this)
sgeadmin@947cae28876d:~$ cd /home/sgeadmin/save/BioApps/tapo-v1.1.3
sgeadmin@947cae28876d:~/save/BioApps/tapo-v1.1.2$ sh bin/start-webserver

⁠Step 3. Do local analysis?
⁠Step 3.1 Start your local container
$ docker run -t -i -p  8888:80 -v /home/phuongdv/pdbdata:/home/sgeadmin/pdbdata  pdoviet/tapo:$VERSION login -f sgeadmin /bin/bash
  • -v /home/phuongdv/pdbdata : this is your local pdbdata.
⁠Step 3.2 Run tapo
sgeadmin@947cae28876d:~$ cd /home/sgeadmin/save/BioApps/tapo-v1.1.3
sgeadmin@947cae28876d:~/save/BioApps/tapo-v1.1.3$ sh bin/run apps.TaPo "-f /home/sgeadmin/pdbdata/1ib2.pdb -p 1ib2 -c B -nCore 1 -o /home/sgeadmin/work/1ib2.o"

⁠Step 4. Detach using Ctrl+p+Ctrl+q.

DONE!!!!

⁠Other commands ( for the developer)

#commit

$docker commit -m "Added work" -a "pdoviet" 934301ab1e03 pdoviet/tapo:latest

#Detach using Ctrl+p+Ctrl+q. #Attach to a running docker container:

$ docker attach --sig-proxy=false <CONTAINER_NAME>

#Start an existing docker container:

$ docker start <CONTAINER_NAME>
