Since cAdvisor v0.45.0 official Docker images are built with multi-arch support, so there is no need to maintain this image.

Migrate to official Docker image gcr.io/cadvisor/cadvisor.

Some old official images were:

• google/cadvisor.
• gcr.io/google-containers/cadvisor.

But these are deprecated too, current official image is gcr.io/cadvisor/cadvisor.
