⁠auto-phylo-pipeliner (compatible with auto-phylo v2 only)

auto-phylo⁠ is a pipeline maker software for phylogenetic studies.

auto-phylo-pipeliner⁠ is a graphical user interface to rapidly create and modify pipelines for auto-phylo.

⁠Running the auto-phylo-pipeliner GUI in Linux

You should run the following command to auto-phylo-pipeliner Graphical User Interface: docker run --rm -ti -e DISPLAY=$DISPLAY -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix -v $HOME/.Xauthority:/root/.Xauthority -v "${PWD}":"${PWD}" -w "${PWD}" pegi3s/auto-phylo-pipeliner

If the above command fails, try running xhost + first.

Note that the current working directory (i.e. the directory from where you run the command) will be mounted and used as working directory in the new container.
