Specify time zone in config.properties, If not declared, defaults to UTC.

# For example, specify GMT+8
timezone=Asia/Shanghai

Try starting it like this.

docker run -itd --name maxwell -p 9923:9923 --restart on-failure:3 \
 -e "TZ=Asia/Shanghai" --privileged=true \
--mount type=bind,source=./config.properties,target=/app/config.properties \
pengwz/maxwell bin/maxwell
