Set comma separated list of database names as env variable POSTGRES_MULTIPLE_DATABASES on your container:

POSTGRES_MULTIPLE_DATABASES=db1,db2,db3

For the rest, this works as the original postgres image. See https://hub.docker.com/_/postgres/⁠
