This image is:

• an experiment to see if I can get a pgadmin up and running in a rootless state.
• meant to be run in environments that enforce rootless containers (runs with user 1000) with no privilege escalation and the whole shebang.
• built upon the works of others; I merely changes some numbers in the docker-file like version numbers to get a newer base image.
• absolutely not finished and does not run yet in our environment.

V 1.0.7 adds Session Expiration Times and log rotation and some minor tweaks. Results appear to be drifting in the right direction. Stability still not given.

I will try to make it work. Please bear with me here. :-)
