philippbayer/classifier_app repository overview

This will start a streamlit app on port 8501 within the Docker container. The website allows users to enter a single 12S DNA sequence of fish and a Naive Bayes Classifier will return a likely fish sequence.

To run:

sudo docker run -ti -p 8000:8501 classifier_app:latest

Now the 8501 port inside the container forwards to the local 8000 port.
