PHP5 on nginx.

Link a db (like pieterdev/mysql) by name of db. The DB_HOST environment variable is then available to use in db config.

Mount application files to /var/www (the nginx configuration points to /var/www/public as site root).

Will also later make an artisan container, so this one isn't meant to be used in conjunction with artisan.

Run the container with the entrypoint.sh command. Will later make it default to that as entrypoint, but for now is more useful to be able to bash into it etc.
