pivotaledu/skipper-shell repository overview

This has an ENTRYPOINT command and it executes the Skipper Shell (v1.0.9.RELEASE), is based on pivotaledu/java8.

You can attach the container to a network if you are using docker-compose:

Example:

docker run -it --rm --name skipper-shell --network ${NETWORK_NAME} -e spring.cloud.skipper.client.server_uri=${SKIPPER_SERVER_URI} pivotaledu/skipper-shell

NOTES:

• SKIPPER_SERVER_URI should be like http://skipper-server:7577/api
• NETWORK_NAME from the Docker network
