The faucet requires a config file that needs to be existing in your <datadir> before running the container. Read through the Operator Wiki at: https://github.com/pk910/PoWFaucet/wiki/Operator-Wiki#use-docker-image⁠

Then you can start the faucet with:

docker run -v <datadir>:/config -p 8080:8080 -it pk910/powfacuet:v2-stable --config=/config/faucet-config.yaml
