Repository for docker images of different versions of OpenCV, built with video and various versions of CUDA and Python support.
Make sure a CUDA-version-compatible Nvidia driver is installed to use CUDA APIs in OpenCV. You may also need to use Nvidia-docker instead of vanilla docker to make use of Nvidia GPUs within docker container.
To enable GUI in Docker (e.g. Need to capture and display video in OpenCV), install X Server in host by "sudo apt-get install fxlrg xserver-xorg-core xserver-xorg xorg openbox", then enable local access to X server in host by "xhost +local:root", and run the docker using parameters as follows: 'nvidia-docker run -it -e="DISPLAY" -e="QT_X11_NO_MITSHM=1" -v="/tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix:rw" '
Refer to http://wiki.ros.org/docker/Tutorials/GUI for details to enable GUI in Docker.
